Please be informed that the XXX Stxff Orientxtion Programme has been postponed to next Friday due to unforeseen circumstances. As mentioned by the C.E.O in his email earlier, staff participation in this programme is compulsory as all staff are required to participate in the entire programme scheduled on that day.

Dear All,

The management has decided to launch the XXX St.a.ff D.ev.e.l0pment Pr0gramme for 2006 which will include various workshops, seminars and trainign sessions aimed at enhancing staff interactions, communications and productivity beyond the working scope expected of each of you.

The first programme will be the Sta.f.f 0ri.e.ntation to be held this Friday. It will start at 4.45pm (after solat Asar) andwill continue to 8.00pm before dinner is provided. It should end by 9.00pm so that all staff will not have to go home late.

Attendance for this programme, and all other programmes is compulsory. It is important that each of you understand that the main objective of this programme is to bring staff closer to each other in a team-based setting as well as to help each of you to improve yourselves as an individual, beyond the technical experience you acquire via your own work.

In the comming months, a programme will be conducted once a month by top management, and you will participate as individuals or preset teams in these programmes.

I hope that each one of you will give your best, be yourself, and most of all, enjoy these sessions as they are meant to bring the best out of each of you. Such programmes created by the management, and in this case En ABC, Pn NOP and ms STU, is created to allow you to be confident of yourself, your peers and most of all, your working environment.

As how our company name is, XXX means t0ge.t.herne55. And that is our aim.
